What You Will Do

We start with a warm Italian welcome: a refreshing Spritz under the pergola in our country garden. Surrounded by the scent of lemons and flowers, we get to know the family and break the ice.

Prepare the Dough

Flour, eggs and hands in the dough: we guide you step by step to make the perfect pasta from scratch, with tricks only grandmothers know.

Shape the Pasta

Now it's your turn: roll, twist and shape different pasta formats. Each one has its own story and its own gesture, and between laughs you'll see it's easier and more fun than you think.

Garden Tour

While the pasta rests, we take a stroll through our garden to discover our crops and flowers. Along the way you'll find chickens, rabbits, geese and ducks — a real countryside farm.
